Casey P. Chinn

As a creative writing major in college at the University of Washington I was well regarded within the English Department for my poetry and short stories. As a junior my poem “Long Distance Running” was published in an anthology and my short stories, “Hoops Du Jour”, “Like Father Like Son”, “Tell It To The King” and “The Watcher” were topics of discussion. I also was a guest Journalist for the school’s daily paper.

After graduation I focused on writing screenplays, including a Seinfeld Spec script, numerous short films and was a script doctor on some indie features.

In recent years I’ve returned to writing prose, and have completed my first novel and have begun work on two more.
